Ashish Agrawal is the founder of Bridge4Change Foundation(B4CF).
He hails from Bihar where he did his schooling. He graduated from MIT, Pune in 2010, before joining Mu Sigma as a Senior Business Analyst. Being passionate towards country's social development, he pursued his masters from Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA).
Post MBA, he briefly worked as Block Project Manager in Jeevika, a World Bank funded initiative of Bihar Govt. before starting Paryavaran Mitra, a Social Enterprise based in Manav Sadhna, Gandhi Ashram in 2014.
By 2020, he established it as a proven self-sustainable model of Women Empowerment using Waste Management as a tool, having long term partners like UNDP, TCS and Ministry of Defence bodies. Paryavaran Mitra being a Social Enterprise, he conducted seminars and workshops in India, UK and US in different institutions.
Puzzle solving being his hobby, he has authored a book 'Demystified' around logical thinking.
Prof. Dr. Ashok Kr. Agrawal has guided millions of students in their journeys by being a teacher, guide and counseller. During his vast 45+years of academic service, he ensured to give back maximum to the society by teaching with utmost purity and sincerity.
At Bridge4Change, he will anchor the section of Peoples' Engagement. He will constructively be collaborating with hundreds of individuals like himself, having vast on-ground experience of different domains but are currently inactive post retirement.
Bridge4Change acknowledges them as a precious resource and a part of the formidable support system capable of bringing envisioned change through their experiences, connections and knowledge.
Satyendra Nath Mishra is an avid reader and has interest in exploring how society functions, the role of policy and institutions, and the limits of technology. He is Fellow (Equivalent to PhD) from Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). Before that he completed his M.Phil from IIFM, Bhopal and M.Sc from TER-SAS, New Delhi. Sneha Ahire is a talent partner at IBM. Her education, work experience and personal interests have given her a unique human resources perspective. She loves to learn new things and discover new cultures.
Moving to Canada few years back, gave her the chance to explore and learn more about another culture, country and life altogether which helped her to grow as a person.

Mr. Ritesh Chaturvedi is a financial services professional. Currently, he is based in Luxembourg and works with BBGI Global Infrastructure – an infrastructure investment fund. An alumnus of IRMA and LSE, he will bring-in a unique perspective of addressing the cut-throat market expectations with Mindfulness and Compassion.
His learning from long-term association with Ramakrishna Mission will certainly add depth in our journey.
Kishan Laddha is a believer in latent potential of people, processes & systems and intends to operate as a catalyst to harness the harmony of self, society and nature. By training a Mechanical Engineer, by conscious choice a CSR professional managing TCS’ flagship “Literacy as a Service” program and heading Central India. He was part of pioneer batch of Teach for India fellowship and learnt the spirit of “Be the Change” to bring the change.
